Charlene Bio

Charlene Ramkissoon is a Senior Consultant with over twelve years of experience working directly within the Human Resources industry. She has extensive experience in career transition/outplacement, professional resume development, career coaching, self assessment, effective networking and personal marketing strategy, interviewing techniques, mock interviewing, competency analysis, HR strategy development, job evaluation, organizational development and training & seminar presentations. Charlene has developed an enviable reputation and has become well known for her innate ability to successfully build quality client relationships and to identify and satisfy their needs with the provision of quality services and professionalism.

Charlene graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and also holds a Certificate in Leadership. As an HR Professional, Charlene is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Manitoba (HRMAM) and has played a key role on the HRMAM Conference Program Committee in 2008. Charlene currently takes on leadership roles on various Planning Committees in support of multiple fundraising and awareness building initiatives with various organizations and agencies throughout Manitoba.
